Requirements
- 6-10+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, strategic finance, consulting, product strategy, or GTM strategy.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, fintech, or revenue cycle enterprise software preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Experience building business cases and product prioritization frameworks.
- Strong executive communication skills with comfort preparing materials for senior leadership.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity to create structure around complex product questions.
- Strong judgment to make recommendations on whether to invest, pause, or pivot products.
Responsibilities
- Support product and commercial strategy across core products and emerging growth bets.
- Build and maintain frameworks for evaluating product investments regarding market opportunity and ROI.
- Partner with Product and Finance on portfolio prioritization and roadmap trade-offs.
- Synthesize market, competitive, and product performance signals into executive recommendations.
- Build and pressure-test business cases for new product bets and strategic initiatives.
- Develop financial and operating models to evaluate unit economics and implementation effort.
- Prepare investment memos and portfolio reviews for Commercial leadership and the board.
