Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to automotive products, services, warranties, and dealership support with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, recall notices, and aftersales support in fluent Dutch.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations related to automotive purchases, leasing agreements, and service centre experiences, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal automotive teams, dealerships, and third-party service providers to facilitate seamless customer experiences and issue resolution.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions, case details, and resolution outcomes within the CRM system, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in automotive products, industry regulations, and company policies to provide knowledgeable, informed support at all times.
  • Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and report insights to the team leader to support continuous service improvement within the automotive department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer retention initiatives relevant to the automotive industry.
