Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written.
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or client relations.
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-first mindset and a professional, empathetic approach.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office productivity tools.
- Ability to learn new software quickly in an automotive support environment.
- Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment.
- Strong time management and independent work discipline.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, addressing inquiries related to automotive products, services, warranties, and dealership support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding vehicle specifications, maintenance schedules, recall notices, and aftersales support in fluent Dutch.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalations related to automotive purchases, leasing agreements, and service centre experiences, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal automotive teams, dealerships, and third-party service providers to facilitate seamless customer experiences and issue resolution.
- Accurately log all customer interactions, case details, and resolution outcomes within the CRM system, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in automotive products, industry regulations, and company policies to provide knowledgeable, informed support at all times.
- Proactively identify trends in customer feedback and report insights to the team leader to support continuous service improvement within the automotive department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer retention initiatives relevant to the automotive industry.
