  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Accurately identify, investigate, and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, billing, and logistics for complex cases.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs including CSAT, first-contact resolution rates, and average handling time.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team briefings to maintain current product knowledge.
