Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport or national identity card.
- Solid working knowledge of English for internal communications and training.
- Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Accurately identify, investigate, and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and technical issues.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical support, billing, and logistics for complex cases.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements.
- Meet and exceed KPIs including CSAT, first-contact resolution rates, and average handling time.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and team briefings to maintain current product knowledge.
