  • Previous experience in customer support or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience within e-commerce or consumer electronics is highly advantageous.
  • Comfortable navigating digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously.
  • Good working knowledge of English for internal communication and training.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product selection, technical specifications, and usage guidance for electronics.
  • Manage and resolve order-related issues such as delivery tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Provide proactive follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics, technical support, and quality assurance teams.
