Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related client-facing role.
- Experience within e-commerce or consumer electronics is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable navigating digital tools, e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of English for internal communication and training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product selection, technical specifications, and usage guidance for electronics.
- Manage and resolve order-related issues such as delivery tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems.
- Provide proactive follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with logistics, technical support, and quality assurance teams.
