Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience administering a financial or ERP system.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration experience including configuration, customization, roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Proficiency with NetSuite core modules like General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, and Accounts.
- Demonstrated track record of automating finance operations using scripting, saved searches, workflows, or low-code/iPaaS tools.
- Understanding of finance and accounting processes: month-end close, reconciliation, and procure-to-pay.
- Ability to reason about system configuration vs. cross-system integration.
- Experience with at least one of: SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, or API-based automation.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to collaborate across both finance and engineering departments.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer core financial systems including NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp, managing configuration, business logic, and system health.
- Identify and automate recurring or error-prone finance operations such as month-end close, reconciliations, and procure-to-pay.
- Act as the business-logic and data expert for the finance domain to define and maintain canonical system rules.
- Partner with engineering to build and maintain cross-system integrations on a central platform.
- Translate finance and accounting needs into system capabilities and serve as the technical owner for vendor onboarding.
- Utilize AI tooling to draft automations and accelerate routine system administration.
