Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role or 3 years in Managed Services.
- Proficiency in WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
- Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and SharePoint.
- Experience with virtualization technologies including VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft.
- Experience with remote access solutions (VPN, Terminal Services, Citrix).
- Ability to perform security audits and network assessments.
- Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Resolve escalated service issues for Microsoft core business solutions, network connectivity, and security.
- Engineer and implement complex projects while maintaining assigned client infrastructure.
- Perform network assessments, security audits, and new client consultations.
- Administer and maintain the remote monitoring and management system by updating scripts and reviewing alerts.
- Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Communicate incident progress and changes to customers.
- Coach and train site technical resources to reach resolutions.
