Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Product Management experience in health-tech, specifically in provider tooling, care coordination, or EHR/interoperability.
- Strong systems thinking and technical fluency to discuss model latency and data pipeline architecture.
- Ability to write robust non-functional requirements.
- Experience working with prototyping tools like Figma, Replit, or low-code environments.
- Experience bridging gaps between clinical/compliance teams and engineering teams.
- Preferred: Experience in digital health, behavioral health, or care navigation platforms.
- Preferred: Familiarity with EAP clinical protocols.
- Preferred: Experience with provider marketplaces or referral networks.
- Preferred: Exposure to FHIR, HL7, or other clinical interoperability standards.
Responsibilities
- Define an intelligent referral framework to automate patient matching with appropriate care levels.
- Architect data exchange foundations and infrastructure to support HIE and interoperability.
- Drive strategic expansion of provider networks through integrated, scalable products.
- Own end-to-end experience for onboarding and activating new partner networks.
- Partner with clinical leadership, engineering, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Define and track metrics for provider tooling readiness, referral automation, and interoperability.
