Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

- Proven cross-functional leadership skills to align disparate teams.
- Highly data-driven with experience defining metrics and identifying root causes.
- Excellent program/project management skills for driving complex initiatives in parallel.
- Strong passion for operational excellence and user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a team or vertical.
- Experience in a tech or high-growth environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and make decisions in ambiguity.
- Experience with outsourcing or vendor management is a strong plus.
- Experience across multiple countries or languages is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and execution plan for a vertical, aligned with Careās strategic priorities.
- Diagnose performance gaps and translate them into a clear, actionable roadmap.
- Define operating models, process needs, and automation opportunities to scale sustainably.
- Manage measurable outcomes such as member satisfaction, resolution quality, productivity, and cost-to-serve.
- Write problem statements and decision docs to align stakeholders across Product, Data, and Engineering.
- Lead a vertical as an area, providing coaching and feedback to Care Ops and Care Specialists.
