Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in security or software engineering.
- 1+ year of production experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Gemini).
- Proficiency in building and shipping production code in Python.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
- Deep familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized workloads.
- Knowledge of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and security telemetry platforms.
- Experience translating security requirements into automated compliance systems.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (version control, CI/CD, testing, API design).
- Ability to thrive in an async-first, remote working environment.
Responsibilities
- Engineer security infrastructure for AWS and Kubernetes including telemetry, cryptographic lifecycle, and compliance automation.
- Develop and maintain agentic AI workflows for security tasks like vulnerability code review and drift detection.
- Implement cryptographic material lifecycle management as code with full automation.
- Design security telemetry pipelines to support auto-remediation systems.
- Integrate security controls and policy-as-code into CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Develop threat models and consult on architectural security decisions across teams.
- Provide engineering support for incident response efforts and collaborate with Security Operations.
