Requirements
- 10+ years in Program Project Controls, Cost, or Commercial Management for large capital hyperscale data center or high-tech construction programs.
- 10+ years experience leading teams, including external partners and contractors.
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Proficiency with Procore and Oracle Unifier.
- Deep subject matter expertise in data center construction economics.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Expertise in construction change orders and schedule quality management (CPM).
- Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
- Establish a global Project Controls Center of Excellence to define methodologies, tools, and data governance.
- Govern cost and estimating management, including validated project baselines and budget targets.
- Oversee change management framework and approval workflows for scope variations.
- Lead monthly forecasting, cost modeling, and variance reporting.
- Execute schedule quality reviews and enforce recovery planning.
- Manage the portfolio-wide RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log.
- Mentor distributed teams of cost managers and schedulers.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, and Finance to maintain a single source of truth.
