Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT with 3+ years of QA Analyst experience, or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
- Ability to prepare acceptance test plans, test cases, and QA processes.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodology.
- Experience working directly with end-users to ensure application functionality meets requirements.
- Experience with defect tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy including manual, automated, performance, security, usability, and regression testing.
- Write detailed test plans and execute tests to ensure coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Identify, document, and track software defects via Azure DevOps.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with product owners and the Business Analyst to define and prioritize user stories.
- Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and support retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor test coverage, defect rates, and sprint performance metrics.
