Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, client services, technical pre-sales, project management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Demonstrated experience managing and delivering projects involving both internal teams and external clients.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering teams.
- Confidence navigating client objections and explaining technical concepts to manager- and director-level stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as JavaScript, APIs, and JSON.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud/Demandware, or similar (an asset).
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training (an asset, not required).
Responsibilities
- Own and develop the technical relationship with a portfolio of enterprise retail partners.
- Build tailored technical strategies and partnership plans that address retailer challenges.
- Lead the onboarding and delivery of strategic projects for enterprise and mid-market retailers.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering to implement technical solutions.
- Act as the voice of the retailer within Flipp to influence value-focused product development.
