Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of successful US Property Management Business Development experience
- Demonstrated history of growing rent roll portfolios in a US property management setting
- Deep understanding of US property management operations and landlord services
- Strong ability to generate leads and convert prospects into long-term management clients
- Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, email campaigns, and relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Propertyware, AppFolio, Buildium, LeadSimple, or similar
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Available to work during US Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours
Responsibilities
- Expand the company's property management portfolio by acquiring new property owners and investors
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to boost rent roll and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, referrals, networking, and social media
- Build and nurture strong relationships with property owners, investors, real estate agents, developers, and industry partners
- Deliver presentations and consultations to educate prospective clients about the company’s property management services
- Prepare proposals, management agreements, and detailed service presentations
- Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to onboarding new management clients
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless transitions from sales through client onboarding
