Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience in enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
- 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare consulting, digital health, or health systems.
- 5+ years of experience in an implementation, delivery, or product-oriented role.
- Experience with EHR integration and build activities.
- Strong technical proficiency with a solid background in SQL.
- Ability to interpret technical logic and code.
- Demonstrated experience working with both client-facing and engineering/product teams.
- Strong documentation skills for creating processes and test scripts.
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage timelines for enterprise-wide deployments from kickoff through go-live.
- Perform hands-on build and configuration activities, including EHR integration work.
- Contribute to the design and scoping of new features, providing implementation insights.
- Support client-agnostic testing and validation of new product changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external client IT, clinical informatics, and analyst teams.
- Develop and maintain technical implementation playbooks and deployment artifacts.
- Translate implementation learnings into product strategy and roadmap discussions.
