Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience leading platform engineers through product deliveries in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency in using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor) to enhance productivity, documentation, and reporting.
- Experience identifying opportunities to automate product management and operational processes.
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and AI insights for decision-making.
- Proven experience using AI-powered tools to measure, analyze, and report software engineering KPIs.
- Experience working with global engineering teams, particularly in India, North America, or Europe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to serve as a technical leader for Cloud Ops engineers.
- Proficiency in Jira and Aha! (preferred).
- Experience training engineers in SDLC (nice to have).
- Certified Scrum Professional - Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary owner of the product backlog for 1–2 teams.
- Contribute to the creation and evolution of the enterprise roadmap in partnership with other product owners and engineering teams.
- Prioritize backlog needs and balance scope, budget, and time at monthly, quarterly, and annual planning cycles.
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to support backlog refinement, story creation, requirement analysis, and risk identification.
- Analyze delivery trends and bottlenecks using AI-enabled tools to recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics and predictive insights to support strategic decision-making and capacity planning.
- Communicate AI-generated insights and actionable reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops to drive team alignment and knowledge management.
