Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience building production systems.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience developing with Go.
- Strong experience designing and building distributed systems.
- Proficiency with backend development, APIs, and scalable infrastructure.
- Experience with modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript and React is a plus.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated approach with curiosity, creativity, and strong analytical thinking.
- Experience with developer tooling, platform engineering, or infrastructure-as-code is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI technologies or LLM integrations is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop product features that advance secure remote development and AI-powered developer workflows.
- Build and maintain enterprise-grade AI governance components, including systems for LLM access management, auditing, cost controls, authentication, and security policies.
- Develop scalable distributed systems using backend and frontend technologies while integrating with AI providers and developer platforms.
- Contribute to open-source projects and improve integrations with modern developer tools and environments.
- Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and external partners to deliver impactful platform capabilities.
- Define technical approaches, document architecture decisions, and create operational knowledge for long-term maintainability.
- Partner with customer-facing teams to understand enterprise requirements and improve real-world adoption.
- Champion software engineering best practices, including security, reliability, testing, observability, and maintainability.
- Rapidly prototype, validate, and deliver solutions in an evolving AI technology landscape.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
