Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies.
- Proven background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with sensitivity and legal compliance.
- Ability to analyze complex HR issues and provide practical solutions across various jurisdictions.
- Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude to innovate and optimize processes through automation and AI capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, remote environment.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems and collaborate asynchronously.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance to clients on HR matters including terminations, resignations, and transfers.
- Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and settlements.
- Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documents while ensuring data privacy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to process exits accurately.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients through Employee Relations resources.
- Support clients in understanding progressive disciplinary approaches and documentation requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and product development.
