Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
- Strong background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
- Experience providing comprehensive HR advice on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
- Advanced communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools.
- Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
- Ability to work autonomously in an international, fast-paced remote environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, transfer, and redundancy procedures.
- Lead client meetings regarding workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients on progressive disciplinary approaches.
- Track and monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and product development within lifecycle operations.
