Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Strong background in independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
  • Experience providing comprehensive HR advice on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Advanced communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
  • Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously on various tools.
  • Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an international, fast-paced remote environment.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, transfer, and redundancy procedures.
  • Lead client meetings regarding workforce reductions, administrative hearings, and separation negotiations.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal counsel, and government bodies to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and guide clients on progressive disciplinary approaches.
  • Track and monitor ongoing employee relations cases.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and product development within lifecycle operations.
