Requirements

  • Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
  • Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits and complex terminations.
  • Strong background in advising on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
  • Understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret industrial instruments and translate research into team resources.
  • Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong ability to collaborate asynchronously using remote-work tools.
  • Fluency in AI and automation tools to optimize HR processes.
  • Superior negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • Provide expert guidance on termination, resignation, transfer, and redundancy procedures.
  • Independently lead client consultation meetings, workforce reductions, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide employee relations guidance.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and product development within HR workflows.
