Requirements
- Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist competencies across the employee lifecycle.
- Proven experience independently managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance.
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigations.
- Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and complex employment laws across various jurisdictions.
- Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Aptitude for automation and AI capabilities; must demonstrate AI fluency.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to collaborate asynchronously using various digital tools.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, labour relations, or employment law considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
- Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, and redundancy processes ensuring legal compliance.
- Lead meetings with clients and external employees including workforce reduction consultations and negotiations.
- Draft and administer all termination and supplementary documentation with strict attention to privacy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal verticals like Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success on the internal HRIS platform.
- Conduct preliminary assessments of workplace concerns and provide first-level Employee Relations guidance.
- Track ongoing employee relations cases and coordinate with stakeholders for timely follow-up.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and product development opportunities.
