Job Details

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies.
Strong background in managing voluntary and involuntary exits with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance.
Expertise in providing HR support and guidance on employment laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments and analyze complex HR issues.
Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills.
Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work autonomously and cohesively in a fast-paced, asynchronous, remote environment.
Comfortable working with various tools and adapting to new and evolving systems.
Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work flexible hours as needed.

Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions.
Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes.
Lead and facilitate client meetings regarding workforce reduction, administrative hearings, and negotiations.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including payroll, legal, and trade unions for compliance.
Draft and administer termination documentation while maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality.
Process offboarding in HRIS and manage internal/external queries regarding the offboarding lifecycle.
Conduct preliminary assessment of workplace concerns and support clients with progressive disciplinary approaches.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and product development.
