Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end supply chain and operations, preferably within an eCommerce or DTC business.
- Proven experience owning inventory forecasting, supplier coordination, production planning, and fulfillment operations.
- Hands-on experience managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers and maintaining operational service levels.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, procurement, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated experience building, implementing, and enforcing operational SOPs.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and experience using operational reporting dashboards.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with evolving processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
- Daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve productivity and operational workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end inventory planning and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock availability across all SKUs.
- Manage supplier and manufacturing relationships, including production schedules, purchase orders, quality control, and inbound logistics.
- Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) partners to maintain high fulfillment accuracy, shipping performance, and returns management.
- Develop, document, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across supply chain and logistics operations.
- Establish quality assurance processes to identify defects, investigate operational issues, and implement long-term corrective actions.
- Monitor operational KPIs including inventory levels, fulfillment accuracy, shipping performance, turnaround time, and defect rates.
- Build dashboards and reporting systems that provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
- Leverage AI tools to improve forecasting, reporting, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Leadership, Manufacturing Partners, and Fulfillment Providers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
