Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B events experience with demonstrable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Experience managing large-scale owned events (500+ attendees) and multi-city roadshow programs.
- Proven track record of aligning events strategy to sales and revenue goals.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proven pre, during, and post event playbook that is repeatable and scalable.
- Experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent or EventMobi.
- Budget management experience with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Proficient in HubSpot.
- Willingness to utilize AI tools to drive efficiency and creativity.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- SaaS business experience is a plus.
- Beverage, alcohol, or CPG industry experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for VIP's annual Summit, roadshows, and industry events.
- Build a repeatable events program and processes focused on clear pipeline attribution and ROI.
- Partner with sales to align event targeting to key accounts and active pipeline.
- Manage vendor relationships, venue contracts, AV, catering, and all event logistics.
- Develop pre-event demand generation campaigns to maximize registration and attendance.
- Own company presence at major industry conferences including booth strategy, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
- Build the flagship customer summit from the ground up for retention and expansion.
