Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B events experience with demonstrable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience managing large-scale owned events (500+ attendees) and multi-city roadshow programs.
  • Proven track record of aligning events strategy to sales and revenue goals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Proven pre, during, and post event playbook that is repeatable and scalable.
  • Experience with event technology platforms such as Cvent or EventMobi.
  • Budget management experience with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Proficient in HubSpot.
  • Willingness to utilize AI tools to drive efficiency and creativity.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • SaaS business experience is a plus.
  • Beverage, alcohol, or CPG industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for VIP's annual Summit, roadshows, and industry events.
  • Build a repeatable events program and processes focused on clear pipeline attribution and ROI.
  • Partner with sales to align event targeting to key accounts and active pipeline.
  • Manage vendor relationships, venue contracts, AV, catering, and all event logistics.
  • Develop pre-event demand generation campaigns to maximize registration and attendance.
  • Own company presence at major industry conferences including booth strategy, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.
  • Build the flagship customer summit from the ground up for retention and expansion.
