Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in the marketing or loyalty industry.
  • Understanding of general marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
  • SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Strategic and tactical marketing experience through multiple channels (email, mobile, social).
  • Foundational understanding of financial business principles and data analysis.
  • Project management and planning skills.
  • Technical acumen regarding martech ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain frequent, intentional, and pro-active communication with the client as their primary point of contact.
  • Deliver cross-functional insights, recommendations, and thought leadership as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage 90-day planning cadence, including check-ins, planning meetings, and executive reviews.
  • Develop, manage, and operationalize account plans and strategic technical roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to create project estimates, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Support loyalty program optimization, including bonus offer planning and reporting.
  • Manage client requests for administrative program functions such as earn rules configuration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
  • Review invoices to ensure timely and accurate financial billing.
