Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience, preferably in the marketing or loyalty industry.
- Understanding of general marketing principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
- SaaS experience is preferred.
- Strategic and tactical marketing experience through multiple channels (email, mobile, social).
- Foundational understanding of financial business principles and data analysis.
- Project management and planning skills.
- Technical acumen regarding martech ecosystems.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Jira, Workfront, and SharePoint is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Maintain frequent, intentional, and pro-active communication with the client as their primary point of contact.
- Deliver cross-functional insights, recommendations, and thought leadership as a trusted advisor.
- Manage 90-day planning cadence, including check-ins, planning meetings, and executive reviews.
- Develop, manage, and operationalize account plans and strategic technical roadmaps.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create project estimates, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Support loyalty program optimization, including bonus offer planning and reporting.
- Manage client requests for administrative program functions such as earn rules configuration.
- Serve as a point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
- Review invoices to ensure timely and accurate financial billing.
