Requirements
- 2-4+ years of professional experience in analytical rigor, relationship management, and working in ambiguity.
- Background in management consulting, strategy & operations at a tech company/startup, or Chief of Staff/Ops Lead at a small organization.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze systems and identify growth opportunities.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders.
- Experience or strong interest in building AI-powered automations and tools.
- High-judgment decision-making skills to handle complex escalations.
- Adaptability and experience building processes from scratch.
Responsibilities
- Own the operational engine for medicine donations to increase distribution efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, build systems, and create playbooks or automations to prevent recurring issues.
- Manage the full lifecycle of corporate partner relationships, including strategic check-ins, contract renewals, and impact reporting.
- Design and execute strategies for new partner acquisition to grow the donor pipeline.
- Build and maintain AI-powered automations, dashboards, and internal tools to scale operations.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex, non-standard operational issues.
