Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in operations, driving results across diverse business sectors and/or at high growth healthcare companies.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master of Business Administration or Healthcare Management preferred.
- Background in banking or consulting with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to execute operational tactics and measure impact in an unbiased way.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire diverse clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for in-office work, conferences, and regional events.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clinical leaders to implement policies, programs, and procedures to achieve quality, growth, and efficiency objectives.
- Manage clinical change processes, including rolling out new procedures and technology adoption.
- Maintain ownership of the business unit P&L and drive performance against company targets.
- Improve clinical operations using data-driven approaches for scheduling, patient matching, and documentation workflows.
- Collaborate with centralized operations, including analytics and program management, to scale regional solutions.
- Support commercialization efforts by partnering with strategic operations and marketing teams.
