Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of Sales Support experience, preferably in the technology industry.
- Demonstrated history of working in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong mathematical aptitude with ability to calculate margin percentages using cost+, list-, and flat GPM% models.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and interact effectively with internal and external clients.
- Self-starter capable of working independently on projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Responsibilities
- Manage transaction lifecycle from quote to cash by identifying requests and coordinating internal support resources.
- Review, manage, and maintain pipeline and forecast with assigned Client Directors, including recurring Salesforce updates.
- Address customer questions and issues independently while engaging support teams for timely resolutions.
- Assist Client Directors in structuring deals and preparing customer pricing and proposals.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships to improve communication, discounts, and turnaround times.
- Verify bookable documents are accurate and complete before processing customer orders.
- Coordinate monthly meetings with accounts receivable to review invoice aging and past-due accounts.
- Maintain Client Profiles and records of past quotes to support strategic proposal development.
- Provide value-add services such as SLA reporting, presentations, and order history analysis.
