Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance Facebook campaigns for lead generation or e-commerce.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in direct response marketing.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Facebook and Instagram ad platforms.
- Experience with creative briefs and ideating video campaigns.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly preferred: Experience in conversion rate optimization.
- Highly preferred: Agency experience.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage multiple client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social platforms.
- Optimize ad performance through data analysis, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improve effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to scale successful campaigns and adjust underperforming ones.
- Manage monthly Meta/TikTok ad budgets ranging from $150,000 to $300,000.
- Craft high-converting ad copy and develop advertorials.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to improve video ad campaigns.
- Work with the CSM team to address high-level client issues.
