Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing performance Facebook campaigns for lead generation or e-commerce.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in direct response marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Facebook and Instagram ad platforms.
  • Experience with creative briefs and ideating video campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly preferred: Experience in conversion rate optimization.
  • Highly preferred: Agency experience.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage multiple client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social platforms.
  • Optimize ad performance through data analysis, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improve effectiveness.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to scale successful campaigns and adjust underperforming ones.
  • Manage monthly Meta/TikTok ad budgets ranging from $150,000 to $300,000.
  • Craft high-converting ad copy and develop advertorials.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to improve video ad campaigns.
  • Work with the CSM team to address high-level client issues.
