Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in lifecycle, partnership, or customer marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- Exposure to product-led growth (PLG) motions.
- Proven experience executing behavior-triggered, segmented email and in-app campaigns.
- Deep understanding of retention and expansion metrics such as attach rates, cohorts, and LTV.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (required).
- Experience with at least one in-app messaging tool (Pendo preferred).
- Ability to pull standard funnel reports and read Amplitude or Sigma dashboards.
- Strong collaborative skills for working across Product, CX, and Partnerships teams.
- Familiarity with health tech or EHR workflows is considered a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns including email and in-app messaging via Pendo.
- Implement segmented, behavior-triggered campaigns for onboarding, plan changes, and risk mitigation.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with integration partners and execute co-marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on key retention and expansion metrics such as attach rates and churn.
- Monitor integration funnel performance using tools like HubSpot, Pendo, and Amplitude.
- Run A/B tests on messaging and offer mechanics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Identify friction points in the product adoption journey through data analysis.
