  • Experience with creative briefs and ideating video campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Facebook and Instagram ad platforms.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly preferred: Experience in enhancing conversion rate optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage multiple client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other paid social platforms.
  • Manage high-value client accounts, ensuring all campaign objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven optimizations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to scale successful campaigns and optimize underperforming ones.
  • Manage a Meta/TikTok ad budget ranging between $200,000 and $400,000 per month.
  • Create and implement robust A/B testing frameworks.
  • Script for ad copy, creatives, and advertorials.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to improve video ad campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
