- Experience managing 100K+/mo in performance spend focused on lead generation.
- Experience with creative briefs and ideating video campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Facebook and Instagram ad platforms.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly preferred: Experience in enhancing conversion rate optimization.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage multiple client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other paid social platforms.
- Manage high-value client accounts, ensuring all campaign objectives are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven optimizations.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to scale successful campaigns and optimize underperforming ones.
- Manage a Meta/TikTok ad budget ranging between $200,000 and $400,000 per month.
- Create and implement robust A/B testing frameworks.
- Script for ad copy, creatives, and advertorials.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to improve video ad campaigns.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
