Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience driving trial-to-paid conversion through experimentation and lifecycle strategies, preferably within a SaaS or product-led growth environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and product engagement tools such as Marketo, Pendo, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data platforms such as Amplitude, Power BI, or comparable analytics solutions.
  • Ability to design experiments, evaluate results, and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of user journeys, segmentation, messaging strategies, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Familiarity with AI tools supporting marketing automation, experimentation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Own the communication strategy for trial users, identifying opportunities to improve conversion through targeted messaging and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Design, launch, and optimize A/B tests across email channels and in-product experiences to discover effective growth strategies.
  • Develop experimentation frameworks and analyze performance data to continuously improve user journeys.
  • Use analytics tools to identify trends, generate insights, and make informed decisions based on user behavior.
  • Partner closely with Product, UX, Data, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Create innovative onboarding experiences, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle programs that improve customer engagement.
  • Apply AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance growth marketing workflows, experimentation, and analysis.
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and results to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
