Requirements

- Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Experience with CRM or other sales-specific software tools
- Excellent English language proficiency

Responsibilities
- Own SOPs, documentation, Asana workflows, and process rollout across the sales team
- Run daily sales reporting and analyze 'no sale' data to drive action
- Query AI sales call grader tools daily for objection and call quality insights
- Manage SAM onboarding, offboarding, and tech stack training
- Support QA processes and provide direct administrative support to sales leadership
