Requirements
- Experience as a people operations leader or in a similar role.
- Proven track record scaling people operations in a fast-growing organization.
- Experience building high-performing, mission-driven workplace cultures.
- Sound judgment regarding confidentiality, privacy, and risk management.
- Experience recruiting for design and technology roles such as software engineers and product managers.
- Demonstrated experience working with remote teams.
- Solid understanding of relevant labor laws and compliance.
- Strong data, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and performance management tools.
- Ability to travel for work from time to time.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end talent life cycle from workforce planning to onboarding.
- Provide leadership to the recruitment function and develop strategic talent pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage sensitive employee relations.
- Optimize and manage the HRIS (Rippling) and maintain organizational charts.
- Design and execute company-wide engagement and performance management programs.
- Develop professional capability frameworks and career-pathing initiatives.
- Partner with business unit leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals.
