Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Education.
- 12+ years of experience in retail training, trade marketing, or project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with strict deadlines, specifically NPI or product launches.
- Experience managing localization workflows and working with external vendors.
- Previous experience in the Consumer Electronics or Tech industry.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of regional retail landscapes and cultural nuances across APAC.
- Expert-level proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like Smartsheet.
- Ability to methodically maintain trackers and manage complex spreadsheets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and capacity for cross-functional partnership.
- Strong aptitude for or experience in integrating AI tools, specifically Google AI.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to global teams by embedding APAC market insights into content briefs.
- Orchestrate end-to-end localization and delivery timelines for New Product Introduction (NPI) training assets.
- Serve as the primary liaison for transcreation agencies, local reviewers, and field teams to ensure linguistic precision.
- Identify market-specific training gaps and lead the creation of bespoke, region-led campaigns to drive product advocacy.
- Collaborate with local teams to design and localize assets for retail staff engagement programs.
- Partner with Channel Sales & Activation (CSA) and training teams to align objectives with business goals.
- Oversee the vendor responsible for content distribution across Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Manage localization budgets and monitor asset usage to measure regional training efficiency and ROI.
