Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple projects in parallel.
- 4+ years of experience supporting business-to-business customers in an information systems environment.
- Experience working in professional services or technical customer support environments.
- Proven experience managing large, complex global programs across multiple technologies, business units, and time zones.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PMP, Scrum, and Lean practices.
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding and execution of new implementation projects, ensuring smooth delivery from initiation through completion.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, coordinating resources, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.
- Act as the primary liaison between deployment teams and internal technical, engineering, and product teams.
- Monitor project progress through regular customer meetings, status reviews, and risk assessments.
- Own escalation management by coordinating resolution paths with engineering and technical support teams.
- Apply project management methodologies such as PMP, Scrum, and Lean to improve execution and operational efficiency.
