Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in visual design, art direction, or similar creative role.
- Significant experience in a B2B SaaS environment (Cybersecurity preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Proficiency in UI/UX digital design tools like Figma.
- Robust portfolio showcasing B2B marketing campaigns, data visualization, and video editing/production.
- Strong project management skills, including managing creative workflows and external vendors.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in integrating AI creative tools into professional design workflows.
- Proven ability to translate technical information into clean, modern, and engaging visual layouts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across web, social, email, print, and events.
- Evolve and maintain the Recorded Future design system and brand guidelines.
- Design data visualizations, infographics, and technical diagrams to distill complex cybersecurity concepts.
- Implement and manage AI design tools like Adobe Firefly and Midjourney into daily creative workflows.
- Develop and manage a self-service design program with templates and guidelines for non-designers.
- Act as lead project manager for high-priority creative campaigns and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee and direct external design agencies, freelance partners, and video production vendors.
- Drive video content production, including storyboarding, art direction, and editing.
