Requirements
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
- Understanding of core Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reconciliations and reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred.
- Ability to maintain high standards for data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in clinical research or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a 100% remote office environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%).
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day AP, AR, billing, cash application, vendor bill preparation, and payment support.
- Support reconciliations, month-end close activities, reporting updates, and account research.
- Respond to routine internal and external inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support system testing.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Accounting, and Clinical Operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records in company systems.
