Job Details

6+ years of experience in sales enablement, learning and development, partner enablement, or channel enablement.
Proven experience delivering instructor-led training for external audiences.
Strong instructional design capabilities focused on performance-driven learning.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills for diverse technical and business audiences.
Experience maintaining and evolving content in response to product releases.
Strong project management skills to coordinate stakeholders and deliver end-to-end programs.
Proficiency with content creation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with enablement platforms and learning management systems.
Ability to leverage AI tools to improve content quality and efficiency.
Understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as cloud security, data protection, or AI risk.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.

Design and develop modular enablement curricula for resellers, strategic alliances, and global integration partners.
Create and maintain instructor-led training programs, including virtual sessions, workshops, and multi-day bootcamps.
Manage the full lifecycle of training content to ensure alignment with product updates.
Translate complex technical concepts, including cybersecurity and cloud security, into engaging learning experiences.
Deliver high-quality training sessions across various formats including virtual, in-person, and industry events.
Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and leadership to align training with strategic objectives.
Track program performance metrics, including completion rates and participant feedback, to optimize effectiveness.
