Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in prospective sales with a demonstrated history of securing new customers and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Experience selling alternative data, analytics, SaaS, or technology solutions to B2C companies, including large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of consumer data solutions, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.
  • Experience using Salesforce, Excel, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to manage objections and create mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to understanding customer challenges.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and engage potential corporate clients through proactive outbound prospecting and targeted market outreach.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at consumer-focused organizations.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of data analytics and consumer insight solutions.
  • Create customized proposals in collaboration with internal teams, aligning solutions and pricing with client objectives.
  • Lead negotiations, manage objections, collaborate with legal teams, and drive opportunities through contract completion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to refine sales strategies.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and client success teams to support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from closed deals to onboarding and ongoing client support teams.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of sales activities and provide regular reporting on pipeline performance and business development progress.
