Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial roles.
- Proven success in complex B2B environments, preferably within utilities, water treatment, food and beverage, or industrial markets.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts and grow market presence.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs.
- Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative mindset for partnering across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Ability to travel approximately 50-75% depending on geographic location.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development activities within an assigned geographic region or customer segment in the Food & Beverage utility market.
- Identify new business opportunities, develop prospect relationships, and expand customer adoption of water treatment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and strategic decision-makers.
- Develop and execute sales initiatives aligned with growth objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with account management, marketing, research and development, and other teams to deliver customer-focused strategies.
- Support new product introductions and contribute insights that help shape future innovations.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Support revenue growth initiatives by managing priorities, tracking opportunities, and delivering against business targets.
- Travel regularly to meet customers, support field activities, and develop market opportunities.
