Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or related commercial roles.
  • Proven success in complex B2B environments, preferably within utilities, water treatment, food and beverage, or industrial markets.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to provide tailored solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strategic accounts and grow market presence.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer needs.
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with revenue objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative mindset for partnering across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50-75% depending on geographic location.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business development activities within an assigned geographic region or customer segment in the Food & Beverage utility market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop prospect relationships, and expand customer adoption of water treatment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and strategic decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives aligned with growth objectives and market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account management, marketing, research and development, and other teams to deliver customer-focused strategies.
  • Support new product introductions and contribute insights that help shape future innovations.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Support revenue growth initiatives by managing priorities, tracking opportunities, and delivering against business targets.
  • Travel regularly to meet customers, support field activities, and develop market opportunities.
