Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding sales performance goals and revenue targets.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and maintaining accurate CRM records.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable using technology, automation, and AI tools to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Experience in SaaS, technology solutions, tax compliance, hospitality, or lodging industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed sales and onboarding targets within a high-growth market segment.
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries through phone and email while providing timely and consultative responses.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to build pipeline and identify new business opportunities.
  • Sell lodging compliance solutions to new and existing customers by understanding their needs.
  • Guide prospects through the entire sales process, including discovery, qualification, presentation, negotiation, and close.
  • Support customers through onboarding and account activation to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Partner with business development, support, licensing, and other internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer records using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Use AI-powered tools and sales technologies to improve outreach and sales performance.
