Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and service delivery activities to ensure alignment with service level agreements.
- Lead operational teams through workforce planning, scheduling, performance management, and coaching.
- Establish and improve operational processes, controls, and workflows to drive efficiency and quality.
- Monitor operational performance metrics, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
- Oversee issue resolution and service-impacting challenges to ensure effective outcomes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve service execution and coordination.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
