Responsibilities

  • Monitor operational performance metrics, capacity planning, and resource utilization.
  • Oversee issue resolution and service-impacting challenges to ensure effective outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve service execution and coordination.
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
