Requirements

- Previous experience working with crypto exchanges or blockchain-related businesses, with knowledge of market dynamics and regional regulations.
- Proven experience developing strategic partnerships, managing business relationships, or engaging with influencers and key opinion leaders.
- Strong understanding of the Chinese-speaking crypto ecosystem and relevant industry communities.
- Ability to analyze complex market information, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working across cultures and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with token projects and key stakeholders within the Chinese-speaking cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Build and maintain relationships with crypto influencers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and industry communities to increase brand awareness and user adoption.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, regulatory developments, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and inform business strategies.
- Analyze the cryptocurrency landscape, particularly derivatives trading markets, to provide actionable insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, compliance, and other internal teams to ensure initiatives are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the platform at industry events, conferences, and relevant media opportunities within Chinese-speaking communities.
- Communicate the value proposition and vision effectively in both English and Mandarin to partners, users, and industry stakeholders.
- Support the development and execution of regional growth initiatives through strategic planning and operational coordination.
- Maintain awareness of evolving crypto regulations and market dynamics to help guide business decisions.
