Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (BE/B.Tech preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in property management, facility management, or related operations leadership roles.
  • Strong experience managing multiple commercial buildings, retail spaces, or large facilities.
  • Proven ability to lead operational teams and manage complex service environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical facility operations, including HVAC, electrical systems, fire safety systems, STP, ETP, WTP, BMS, CCTV, and related infrastructure.
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, procurement processes, and client relationships.
  • Knowledge of operational budgeting, financial planning, cost optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to develop and implement business processes and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience conducting audits, compliance reviews, and operational assessments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage overall operations across multiple commercial and retail property sites within the assigned region.
  • Provide operational support across technical services, soft services, HR compliance, procurement, vendor management, and commercial activities.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and business processes to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with service standards.
  • Manage client and vendor agreements, ensuring effective contract performance and relationship management.
  • Prepare annual financial targets, budgets, cost projections, and performance reports for operational sites.
  • Conduct audits, site assessments, and operational reviews to identify improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency.
  • Support transition activities for new sites by implementing systems, processes, and operational frameworks.
  • Oversee engineering services, security, fire safety, housekeeping, landscaping, BMS, CCTV, and other facility functions.
