Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or Accounting with a heavy technical focus.
5–8+ years of experience in Audit Transformation, Process Excellence, or Business Systems Engineering.
Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration (Vellum, LangChain, or Copilot Studio).
Advanced proficiency in automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Strong background in manufacturing or organizations engaged in government contracting.
Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and DataSnipper or AI-based audit tools.
Proficiency in Data Governance and data warehousing tools like Snowflake or Databricks.
Demonstrated passion for AI, self-learning, and experimentation with emerging technologies.
Ability to travel up to 10%.

Analyze and map complex end-to-end audit processes to identify automation-first opportunities.
Apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to eliminate manual tasks and administrative overhead in the audit lifecycle.
Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows using LLM orchestration tools to automate control mapping and documentation.
Develop and maintain a prompt registry and agent library to ensure consistency in AI interactions.
Design agentic automations in Power Automate or Make.com to update GRC platforms without human intervention.
Deploy DataSnipper for automated document matching and population integrity testing.
Design and maintain real-time risk dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Ensure AI solutions meet governance and data privacy standards while embedding human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
