Requirements

  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (up to 29 on a needs basis).
  • Must reside in AK, AZ, CA, FL, ID, IL, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
  • Strong, reliable internet connection capable of supporting video calls.
  • Familiarity with Chatbooks products, App, and website prior to training.
  • Able to multitask and switch between different customer issues.
  • Ability to navigate through several programs and applications efficiently.
  • Coachable with a positive response to direction and correction.
  • Must be honest, resourceful, adaptable, organized, and dependable.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly with customers to help them be successful in the Chatbooks ecosystem.
  • Build relationships to create lifelong customers.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns quickly and with a sense of urgency.
  • Participate in 11 hours of scheduled live chat shifts per week.
  • Manage shifting customer priorities and navigate several programs simultaneously.
  • Engage in continuing education to expand knowledge outside of support functions.
