Requirements
- Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (up to 29 on a needs basis).
- Must reside in AK, AZ, CA, FL, ID, IL, MN, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WA.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm.
- Strong, reliable internet connection capable of supporting video calls.
- Familiarity with Chatbooks products, App, and website prior to training.
- Able to multitask and switch between different customer issues.
- Ability to navigate through several programs and applications efficiently.
- Coachable with a positive response to direction and correction.
- Must be honest, resourceful, adaptable, organized, and dependable.
Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with customers to help them be successful in the Chatbooks ecosystem.
- Build relationships to create lifelong customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns quickly and with a sense of urgency.
- Participate in 11 hours of scheduled live chat shifts per week.
- Manage shifting customer priorities and navigate several programs simultaneously.
- Engage in continuing education to expand knowledge outside of support functions.
