Requirements
- Active, unrestricted medical licenses (MD/DO) or NP licenses in multiple states
- Board-certified (for MD/DO)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Medicare participating status or willingness to become one
- Experience using EHR systems and telehealth platforms
- Ability to navigate multiple digital systems
- Comfort conducting both phone and video consultations
- Must be able to become CMS credentialed
- Windows 10 or MacOS 13 computer with Google Chrome
- 50 MBPS download / 20 MBPS upload speed with wired ethernet connection
- Wired headphones and webcam
Responsibilities
- Conduct Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up consultations
- Manage chronic conditions and support remote monitoring
- Assess patient conditions and review medications
- Provide comprehensive consultations and evidence-based care recommendations
- Build strong patient rapport through effective communication
- Accurately document medical records in the EHR system
- Maintain compliance with telehealth and CMS requirements
- Participate in remote training sessions and workflow updates
