Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in product management leadership within SaaS or B2B technology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive-level capacity.
- Proven track record in managing product P&L and delivering revenue growth.
- Technical fluency in architecture decisions, API strategy, and platform tradeoffs.
- Experience building platform ecosystems and API-first products.
- Prior engineering background or experience in deeply technical product domains is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to AI/ML and automation technologies.
- Demonstrated success in launching innovative offerings while maintaining core product ARR stability.
- Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence at all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in a metrics-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision aligned with company growth objectives and AI innovation goals.
- Manage product portfolio financial performance, including pricing strategy and resource allocation.
- Oversee AI-led transformation initiatives and the commercialization of AI-driven solutions.
- Partner with Engineering to evaluate technical architecture and API strategy decisions.
- Lead and develop a high-performing product management organization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Establish operating rhythms for product lines, including business reviews and planning cycles.
