Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role delivering enterprise B2B technology products.
  • Proven experience managing product backlogs in Agile environments (Scrum and/or Kanban).
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and technical platform products.
  • Knowledge of or hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence products, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI agent-based systems.
  • Strong prioritization, decision-making, and product management skills.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and aligning executive expectations.
  • Advanced conversational English (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Product Backlog for each phase of the project.
  • Write clear, measurable, and testable acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize features and make scope decisions to ensure the successful delivery of an achievable MVP.
  • Maintain a decision log documenting 'Manual Now vs. Automate Later' trade-offs to guide product evolution.
  • Define objective quality metrics for AI agent behavior in collaboration with the Tech Lead and the Agent Quality/Evals team.
  • Enforce scope discipline throughout execution and prevent scope creep.
  • Coordinate working sessions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and design partners.
  • Manage executive expectations and facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, and business teams.
  • Translate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Product Design Documents (PDDs) into well-defined user stories ready for development.
  • Identify dependencies, prioritize work, and organize delivery into incremental releases.
