Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, working collaboratively across cross-functional teams
- A track record of building and shipping consumer products that customers love and that drive meaningful business impact
- A strong, specific point of view on where AI can meaningfully reshape the consumer healthcare experience, and the excitement to build it into the core of the product
- Fluency with AI agents and AI-native workflows
- Strategic and tactical range: ability to set the vision and design and execute scalable processes from scratch
- Strong communication skills with a low-ego, high-EQ style
- Experience in health, wellness, or category-defining 0-to-1 products (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end consumer experience for this new relationship-first offering, from discovery and onboarding through ongoing engagement
- Define the synthesis layer across our existing categories, and stand up the new product lines the offering needs
- Partner with engineering and design to build AI into the core of the consumer experience
- Partner with our clinical teams so protocols, safety, and education are core to the product experience
- Shape short- and long-term roadmaps, driving long-term scalability while balancing day-to-day improvements
- Operate with focus in a fast-growing, constantly evolving environment, where there are always more opportunities than resources
